Welcome to the Robyn Louise Photography Blog!  Thank you for stopping by!  Here you will find images from my life, the weddings I am honoured to photograph, and my musings!

I am a country gal at heart, having grown up on a ranch in the beautiful Chilcotin area of British Columbia.  I love my horses and my cats and have more pictures of them than anyone else :)  I've recently taken up scuba diving and plan to dive everywhere I go.

Real, classic, and romantic, I capture moments as they happen and believe that these truly are what memories are created by.  I shoot weddings locally, in the Williams Lake area, as well as throughout BC and Alberta.  In the past few years I have also been to Ontario, Kentucky, Hawaii, the Dominican Republic and Mexico and am headed to Holland for a wedding this summer!  I love to travel and I love to photograph weddings, so combining those two pleasures, and mixing in some horses if possible, is what I love to do!

I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph Christina and Murray's wedding on July 17 at Felker Lake.  Christina made the most stunning bride ever and it was an honour to be there and photograph their day!

Nicole and Dylan's wedding in Smithers BC is one that I will remember forever.  Dylan is a helicopter pilot and so he had one of his good helicopter pilot friends fly us to the top of the Hudson Bay mountain in Smithers and we did pictures up there!!!  As a photographer I could not have asked for a more picturesque setting than this:

Something else super cool?  When Nicole's father immigrated to Canada from Poland (before Nicole was born), his first job was in my hometown of Alexis Creek. 99% of people in BC have never heard of Alexis Creek, that's how small it is... but this just proves what a small place the entire world is :)
